Cor (Cornelis) Lint lived in Amsterdam where he studied music at the conservatorium van Amsterdam. From 1909 till 1915 Lint played in the Concertgebouw Orkest. He also was a member of the Hollandscg Strijkkwartet from 1911 till 1922. Fom 1923 till his death in 1944 he was a professor for Viola and Viol d'Amore at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. He worked from 1930 with Publisher Paul Günther in Leipzig won Pieces for Viola D'amore from the 18th century. Cornelis Kint played four times with the Concertgebouw Orchestra as soloist; Concert piece opus 46 by Hans Sitt, the viola Concerto of Jenö Hubay and his own piece, concert piece opus 5 for Viola And Orchestra.
