Sonata op.62
The Europe premiere was in Barcelona played by the composer himself and M.L.Pascual. The premiere in the USA was made by G.Perich and E.Dalheim in the University of Illinois in an international viola congress. Two recordings of the sonata have been made, one by Ashan Pillai (viola professor in Barcelona) and the other by Luis Magin (viola professor in Oviedo). Many violist have played this sonata from students to professors, for example, E.Mateu (Madrid), F.Gaya (Valencia), E.Santiago viola professor in the Hochschule Stuttgart, etc, etc
