Nokuthula Ngwenyama(1976)

Nokuthula Ngwenyama is a US violist and composer. She studied at Colburn School for the Performing Arts, Curtis Institute of Music, Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, and Harvard University. Ngwenyama is the recipient of several awards, including from the Primrose International Viola Competition. She also used to serve as president of the American Viola Society. Her composition catalogue includes works for orchestra, chamber music, as well as solo works.
